VICHOR Auto Abrasive Feeding System is a new product we develop for the convenience of our customers, featuring automatic abrasive feeding and lack-of-abrasives alarming. Simple-structure, easy to operate and maintain, the system helps improve the machine efficiency.

The system contains an automatic abrasive vessel and an abrasive regulator.

VICHOR auto abrasive feeding system uses air pressure to transport abrasives. The vacuum created by air pressure pulls abrasives from the abrasive vessel into the regulator just above the cutting head. The high-velocity water exiting the jewel creates a vacuum which pulls abrasive from the regulator into the cutting head through the feed tube. In this way, the automatic system guarantees constant abrasives feeding. When the intensifier turns on, the vessel magnetic valve will automatically open and airstream flows in the vessel takingaway abrasives. When the abrasives are lower than the bottom line, the sound and light alarm will go off, warning the operator to add abrasives in time.
